I have to go with Optinum Nutrition Gold standard whey for fast absorbtion and the taste is awesome! Vanilla have to say is best and most versatille. 2 scoope 48 grams 8grams glutiamine and 11 grams bcaa.

No need for 20, that's extreme overkill. And why leave out the yolk? There's a plethora of nutrients in there!

Another american pure whey user here. Been using him for a while. Just got my blueberry isolate a week ago. Probably the best tasting protein I've ever tried other than Muscle Milk, but thats probably because its loaded with fat lol.

My favorite is GNC's amplified wheybolic extreme 60. Tastes great but is stupid expensive. ON's extreme choclate is great and a good deal from most places.

For sure, I would much rather go with almost any brands whey isolate but my pocket tells me to go with ON 100%. I like the chocolate.

ON has great casien too and I HATE casien. Thick clumpy garbage.

On another not Muffin, head up to the Store section of this site. They got some nice Isolate and Creatine Ethyl Ester. Good price to on the creatine considering it is the most effective form of creatine.
