.....to get the amount of protien you need in a day, over five or more meals, what do you eat and how much.
I know you eat Turkey, tuna, chicken...blar...blar...blar.... but at 175lbs there's a lot of protien to consume if you want to build muscle.... where's it all going to come from???
....i'm ending up not looking at a meal..."ummm, ummm, that looks like a tasty meal..", it's more like... " well, that's 30g of protien, another 25g there, plus another...........that's carbs........"
