i usually try to bring in 2 times my bodyweight a day, i also spread out it out throughout the day, i try to get 60 grams every 2ish hours
50-60 grams should be no problem.
Consuming 100% protien alone has no effect on fat accumulation. I can tell you right now alot of people do not get enough protien.I barely get 1g Protein per lb. of body fat%.. I figured if I went too far over that I would gain unwanted body fat.
