Wsup guys. Monday night was my chest workout (international chest day) haha. And I did a few stretches for 5 minutes and started off my workout with some flies to open up my chest n stretch it out. My 2nd exercise I went for the flat barbell bench.. I have great form on my bench press, ive been studying for several months how to bench correctly and i have improved on my bench weight. Well anyways On my 4th set I racked 3 plates did my first rep with no problem, I went down for my 2nd n I heard a tear. Mutha fuckin ouchhh hurt like a bitch. I ceased my chest routine since my arm/shoulder/chest gave out..

At first I thought it was my rotator cuff but no way it was cuz it hurts mainly on the upper peck and when I touch it it's very tense/knotted up..

Didn't get any bruising or swelling so I didn't ice it.. It's been 3 days n it still hurts.. It feels better when i massage it under the hot shower. Been also taking ibeprofan when the pain is severe and I've been stretching it out a lot but still feel like a cripple..

I have no medical insurance but I don't think it's necessary to see a doc since the pain is going away slightly n there's no bruising or swelling and my chest doesn't look fucked up..

I'm also starting my 5th week cycle of test e 750mg and deca 400mg...

Any advice how I can stretch n open up my pulled chest muscle? How can I get bak to the gym and exercise my other body parts like legs n shit since everything's connected to the goddamn chest.??

See a doc, it's not only about the pain going away but also that you heal correctly or you might be dealing with this injury for the rest of your life. If you got cash for gear you should be able to scrape together for the doc, costs about the same ;)

I really don't like the fact of giving doctors money if I can heal on my own.. If I'm operational I think I can fix it on my own bro... N gear costs is nothing close to paying a doctor...

Your legs are connected to your chest?

Not directly but if I wanna squat the bar sits on my traps and I would need to Bend my arm to hold the bar right? Lol that causes discomfort bro.. N plus if I wanna hold on to the grip of the leg press it's gonna hurt... But I'm doing fine as we speak. Been stretching all day...

just do whatever does not hurt you, it seems you tore partially a muscle not a tendon, and muscles heals faster than plain tendons,
it is not serious if it is in the belly of the muscle not at the edge at the tendon. it might be painful but the recovey is fast.

If it is a muscle injury the steroids will heal it faster. What ever you do, do not train it.

Thanks guys. I hit legs hard tonight couldn't do squats but did leg press walking dumbell lunges leg extension n leg curls. Killed itttt

Just a quick update. My chest is almost at 100% and I didn't even see a doctor. What I tell ya? I havnt tried benching but I did flat and incline DB presses n felt like a champ..
