Today is legs day

I have bloodwork scheduled for the end of the month.
From September I will change my training program and cycle.

Summer is going away, September will come back, we will grow again!

today I had planned the blood draw for the exams, but due to unexpected events in my life I had to send it back.

 

[DragonPhill]

with today and the end of the month my cycle and log also ends.
I will shortly open a new thread to trace autumn winter.
