i have just started a new push/pull routine after my old routine was getting stale...
any way im training for size and stength
on heavy days it reccomeds training 8 x 3
and on light days it recomends 4x6 or 2 x 12
what do you guys think to this?
I started it last week and im loving it..
ive totally changed my training and look forward to my next day in the gym..
its 2 days on 1 day off.
please let me know what youse think of this training method.
