Push-Pull-Legs - 4 day split

Thinking of giving one of Cowpimp's routines a try, i really like this idea..its a push pull legs but is a 4 day split - for example

Mon - push -( bb bench, decline bb, peck dec, military, arnolds, face pulls, skull crushers)
tues - pull -( Chins, bb row, pull downs, cable rows, shrugs, hammer curls)
wed - off
thurs - legs - (squats, leg press, stiff leg deads, front ext, calves)
fri - push - repeat .....
sat off
sun off
mon-pull
tues - legs
wed - off
thurs - push
fri - pull
etc.....

this will hit the same muscle group twice in one week, every three weeks. (week 1 two push days, week 2 two pull days, week 3 two leg days,,and so on) hitting everyting for about 4 sets...8-12 reps

this is a quick example, i will most likely tweak it. I have always done well on upper lower 4 day split, and currently i am doing a one body part per day (20 sets per body part)...i figure this is like splitting the difference..never know how i will respond unless i try it..


I hate to post a "critique my routine"...but any imput is always welcome
 
Unless I'm missing something, your reply doesn't make any sense...but maybe I'm not understanding you. How could this 4 day split be cut down to 2 days? Especially when you replied to one of my other posts that 20 sets for chest (on a one body part per day split) is " way overtraining) and you keep posting a link to your site with each reply...if you are just trying to generate traffic to your site, please don't respond to my threads..."4 day spit cut to two days". Are you retarded? Seriously.
