Right after i`m done working out i can get a full meal in(Including high carb and protein). So i'm wondering what kind of carbs should i go for after workouts?
Simple carbs, high with dextrose if i`m correct, right? Well, what kind of food? Grapes? Grapefruit juice? White bread?
And is it correct that only after workouts i should be eating simple carbs?
