quad injection spot

i watched the sticky of the video on how to inject but the guys legs are so small its hard to tell where he is putting it. im looking for a diagram or explanation on how to find the correct muscle . its hard for me to tell where the separation is of my center and outer muscle... any hints for me?

For me the spot is higher then most direction s indicate. I picture injecting where my finger tips lay when I put my hands in my pocket

the farthest dot the left is injection site... when i flex i traced muscle at the peak from right of my knee all thr way up to my thigh... but think it might be center muscle

My advice is stay away from the rectus femoris. On the drawing above, I pinned right where the dot is showing the rectus femoris and man that shit hurt. It was red and swollen and sore as hell for about five days.

I would be 6-8 inches higher. This took me years to figure out. For five years I had a irritation on one side or the other. Out of frustration I shot real high and I have never gone back.

I agree with Jimmy, I go below hip flexor and to the outside of thigh. 27G X 1.25" with 1ml syringe, pain free.

just got 100 1.5s so im using these guys for a lil bit.... it wasn't bad at all its just a lil sore... im going to shoot high and to the side next time ill repost on Thursday and let u know how it went

I been trying different spots on my quad and I went to high and now I can barely even walk!!

Those videos are nice...but unfortunately they really are only relevant to the person in the picture...there's a lot of nerves in your legs....it will take trail and error to find the sweet spot...so start sticking and see what happens...

thats what i figured.... as long as i go in far enough i cant "miss" ? what im asking i guess is it not going to absorb into my body if its not injected in to the correct area

Test even subQ will absorb....just at a slower rate....but yes get it in the muscle is the goal...really hard to miss a quad ....just a matter of finding what spot is the most receptive...

I've slin pinned gear into my quads with no issues. Gotta be lean thou
