Well I am about to end my first cycle on 1-ad/4-ad. I have had great results (bench went up 40 lbs, gained 7 lbs muscle). My question is:
I now want to lose some of the fat. (actually lost some during cycle
) Should I start a cutting cycle immediately or wait a week or two?
