I am new to the working out thing.. I started the P90X program about 5 weeks ago. I am happy with my first month results losing aprox 4% bf. I am looking for some advice on my daily intake of calories, protien, and carbs. I am 5'7" 165lbs and around 19.5% bf.. My goal is to trim more fat off maybe down to 15%ish?? My long term goal is to build muscle after i reach my 15%.. any help would be very much appreciated!! Thank you in advance!!
