Question About Diet?

I am trying to lose weight and bulk up? I dont want to be super huge but I do want to be cut and thin. I am taking a ECA and I am running out of energy. I do about 2 hours of training 5 days a week. Weight training plus 45 min of cardio. Is there anything I can do to my diet to increase weight lose and energy? The reason I do the slim fast is it is easier to me for time purposes. Thanks for your help

6'0 tall
19% body fat

My diet
Protein= Morning, Noon, Night
Breakfast= Slim fast
Lunch = Slim fast
Dinner = healthy choice meal
 
Slim fast is not food. And I hope you're not talking about Healthy Choice frozen dinners.

You might be able to lose weight with Slim Fast because it has hardly any calories, but it's not a good meal replacement. Try eating real food. If you have absolutely NO time to eat real food (unlikely), then there are better options for meal replacement than Slim Fast. Some people here have whey/peanut butter/oatmeal shakes or stuff like that to replace meals.

To be honest, you don't need to work out that much if your diet is right. If you only worked out 3-4 days a week for an hour, and used that extra time to cook real food, you would be on the right track.

Eat food. Read the stickies at the top of the forum to see which food is good.

Err what is that? Nutrition is everything bro. Clean it up. You don't want prepackaged overprocessed garbage. Learn to cook real food. If you're on the go you can make a shake with ground up oats and protein powder. Eat 5-6 meals a day with lean protein in all of them. Don't worry about getting too big, mother nature will do just fine in preventing that.
