Question about HIIT

I wanted to mix some HIIT with some slower paced cardio. I plan on running some suicides at a court, then go for a light jog for about 15-20 minutes. My question is, when mixing HIIT with less intense cardio, how long should I be doing it? I assume obviously not as long as usual since I don't want to be depleted before my jog, but I wasn't sure about the amount of time I should spend on it before jogging.
 
Anywhere from 5-10 sprints is okay, but it depends on the intensity of the sprint (All out? Is it more like a stride?) and the work to rest ratio.
 
Well, I'm trying to burn fat, but I also like to mix it up the type of cardio I do in the week. I was planning on going all out in my sprints btw
 
Everytime i do hiit, im on the verge of vomit around the 7th sprint (100m). I wouldnt want to be jogging after.
