Hey guys recently i've decided that I want to bulk.....im about 5'7 and weigh 165 pounds and im looking to gain at least 10lbs of muscle and gain some overall mass. Im eating four big meals a day and eating the right kind of foods....and only drinking protein shakes after each workout so i only have one protein shake a day......for some reason I can't seem to stay away from the gym I am literally working out 7 days a week!....i know this routine can't be good especially for a bulk....i also do a bit of cardio about 15 minutes before every lift just to get my blood flowing and keep my heart healthy.....I know this routine can't be good do you guys have any suggestions? I've heard that a 3 day routine would be the best to go.... any help would be great thanks
