question about swole v2

Been using it for a week or so. The pumps are very cool but im not getting anything else yet. The instructions say to take twice daily, in the morning and in the afternoon. I have some creatine mono that I was taking before the swole and the instructions are to take 45 minutes before workout and 45 minutes after workout. On non-workout days I was taking it in the morning and the afternoon like the swole. Yet again I have seen other instructions on other creatine products. My question is: what is the correct way to take it? Should I follow the instructions or does someone else have a better option?
 
Take it based on how your body reacts to it.
 
I have been taking it for about a month now.I just upped my dosage to 1 1/2 scoops twice a day.I started getting some pumps from this but no real gains to speak of.
 
When I first started taking it....I followed the suggestive dosage, etc.....

I found it best worked for me by:

1.5 scoops morning and Evening for one week.

Training days: 1.5scoops 2 to 3 hours before work out......1.5 immediately after.

I followed the 1.5 scoops in morning and then again in the evening on my off training days.

I noticed if I took swoleV.2 4 hours prior to training,...it wasn't as effective..(for me)...I'm talking I'd get killer pumps and could lift heavier.

Please evaluate the times you take it on the day you train and observe yourself

This is my situation exactly. Figured I'd take some of the advice given to me here and up the dose. Getting decent pumps, but as you all know, pump has very little to do with hypertrophy. Seems like "most" do well on this product, but not everyone.

Yeah i have a bit of swole V2 left and after that its VPX's PE.If that does not do it im back to good old trusty V12!:yes:

I loved V12. I think the true test will be going from the Swole to the V12. I noticed slower gains when I switched to Swole...hoping to see them pick up again on V12. :D
