i was told by a trainer that for an endomourph which is what i am that i should do one week light weight high reps from 10 to 12 reps and then the next week low reps heavy weight the next to change up things..... im new to this and i gain weight easy and my goal is to lose fat and i was wondering is 5 days a week 30 to 40 minutes of low intensity on the treadmill is to much or whats a good cardio program for endomourphs? any info would be very helpful . :hmmm:

Diet is far more important than cardio. I'm genetically inclined to be fat (damnit) so I have to be vigilant about my diet always - I put fat on very easily if I stray from my diet for more than a day or two.

Unfortunately that also means for losing fat, you really REALLY have to make a plan and stick to it fairly strictly, much moreso than meso/ectos.

im on the 1,500 calorie diet i've been on for 3 weeks and lost 8 pounds so far.. i love the george foreman grill lol
