Hey Jodi. In BigDyl's journal you posted saying that his last meal had too much fat for one meal (The meal had 25gms of fat). How much do you consider too much? I usually have 18-20gms in my last meal (250g FF CC + 30g Natty PB or Walnuts). I always thought that was an acceptable last meal. Do you suggest dividing fats more equally among meals like protein?

The rest of my meals have a total of 10-15g fat except for meal#4 (oats+Protein Powder+ banana) which has no added fats as this acts as a prewo meal on wo days since my pwo shake is <3hrs after this meal.
 
Yes, I suggest dividing them equally. IMO, no more than 15-20G of fat per meal. I think all macros should be divided equally per meal except leaving carbs off for the last meal of the day.
 
Thx Jodi. I have breakfast and pre-wo higher in carbs compared to the rest (except last meal). Guess i should adjust them along with the fats.
 
I disagree. I think you should add carbs to your last meal if it is a lifting day. :thumb:

And I would disagree with you. It depends on a person's goals.

You're right. The only reason I'm for carbs with my last meal on a lifting day is because that's what IronAddict tells me to do. But it's not like I go overboard with the carbs or anything.
