Hey Jodi. In BigDyl's journal you posted saying that his last meal had too much fat for one meal (The meal had 25gms of fat). How much do you consider too much? I usually have 18-20gms in my last meal (250g FF CC + 30g Natty PB or Walnuts). I always thought that was an acceptable last meal. Do you suggest dividing fats more equally among meals like protein?
The rest of my meals have a total of 10-15g fat except for meal#4 (oats+Protein Powder+ banana) which has no added fats as this acts as a prewo meal on wo days since my pwo shake is <3hrs after this meal.
