question on Optimum Slim (natures path)

Hi all,

I need some advice on breakfast.

I am comparing the following breakfasts:

1) eating a bowl of oatmeal (quaker oats) + 4 egg whites + 2 eggs

or...

2) Optimum Slim (a cereal) + organic fat free milk. + tropicana light and healthy with some pulp.

In general I am cutting.

Which would be best and why???

#1 would be best imo... less processed, more protein. Id drop one of the egg yolks, just one yolk, add another egg whites.
