Hey Everyone.
Since April my trainer has started tracking my bodyfat and lean mass. Here are the numbers
April 16th 2008 Weight: 260 lbs FM: 74.1lbs LM: 185.9 BF%: 28.5
May 17th 2008 Weight: 253 lbs FM: 63.7 lbs LM: 189.3 BF%: 25.2
July 24th 2008 Weight: 273 lbs FM: 66.3 lbs LM: 206.7 BF% 24.3
Sept 3rd 2008 Weight: 260 lbs FM: 61.6 lbs LM: 198.4 BF% 23.5
Now I'm thinking we had my weight wrong in July. As it showed a significant weight gain yet the % of BF decreased on par with the other numbers. Does that seem like a reasonable conclusion? My trainers scale seems sketchy once in a while.
I hit the gym 3 days a week for about an hour and try to get cardio in the other days but it usually doesn't work out that way
I haven't been keeping that close of a watch on my diet but have just generally cut out junk food and limiting portion sizes and eating more frequently. Anyway just thought I would post this up and get some opinions on the progress. I have been going to the gym for just over a year now. When I started I was 280lbs but we didn't check BF untill this past spring. Anyway let me have it.
Cheers
DD
