i've been looking up information on endomourphs and stuff and i got the cardio info down and the most imprtant part ,DIET but im just wondering on the rep range us endomourphs should do for best results. i've read arnolds book on building building saying ( 10-15 reps ) but i'd like to get some info on anyone that knows for sure thanks.
