Well, i got a pool now and want to make use of it, it is not heated, but is warm enough here it heats it's self 
Does anyone know of a good beginners / intermediate training program type thing i could begin?
I could do the regular laps and such, but am sure there is more i could do for excercises in the pool..... as the resistance under water could replace weights, to some degree.
