Quick Meal,new job

Hi

I need a quick meal to be able to prepare in the morning as i have just got a new job,my hours are

Friday Evening 3pm-10pm
Saturday Morning 7am-2pm
Sunday Evening-5pm-10pm

And seeing as i need to eat every 2 hours what can i eat as i am on the tills and can't exactly be eating all the time????

Friday night is the most important as i finish school at 2.40 and have to go straight to work which means i need to eat while i am walking home fomr school!!!

Any help appreciated!

if you make it the day before, tuna w/mayo on whole wheat is easy enough. Other than that, protein w/milk and oats is fairly balanced and super quick. Otherwise you could try eating bars.
 
I personally would say depending how long you are on the tills you should do that i used to when i worked as Asda is take the cals you should have consumed while you were on the till and spread them evenly through the rest of your meals. so if you consume say 200 cals per meal and you skip two meals then add another 100 cals to eat meal which you can't ate.
 
yeah i did think of that and could easily do that BUT i thought you HAD to be eating constantly as it does no good if you are starving yourself for 5 + hours
