quick quesion the lats.

when exercising the lats, do wide grip pullups stimulate more muscle growth, or would it be more/equally beneficial to do regular pullups? the wide grip pulls require more force to be generated which, from what i understand, is what makes your muscles bigger- but the greater range of motion from regular pullups means you need to do more work as well.... i know the obvious answer is to do them both, but i am just curious about this one...

what is better at stimulating hypertrophy?
 
Both are good. Stop thinking too much about it.

Pick one, and next program pick the other one.
