You're supposed to fast for 12-14 hours before the giving blood... I'm assuming you still taking you ai and/or orals as usual right?

I'll be going in the morning around 7:30am and I usually take 10mg of aromasin and 25mg of Anavar every morning(taking each 3x/day with 8 hours in between)

I'm assuming I should still take these as usual right?

Also, how about eca? Been taking that also first thing in the AM

I think the only reason to fast is for lipids and glucose ( heart disease n diabetes ). Orals have such a short half life drop em for a couple days to get a better profile. NBD.

If you want.to see "really " where you stand on your labs...take everything as normal.supp.wise...fasting is needed for glucose and lipids to be more.accurate...

Also dont.train the day off or day before for accurate liver values...

Wait till after your blood work to take your orals/AI.

You didn't state what you were getting labs for, but if it for lipids not fasting only changes results roughly 2%, just in case you are dying of hunger before the lab work.

The main thing I'm looking at is my estrogen levels to see if I have my aromasin dose dialed in... I was thinking I should probably take the 10mg of aromasin that I have been every A.M. for the sake of the estrogen and accuracy don't you think?

I also want to look at my cholesterol...

FWIW, cholesterol is a very weak indicator of overall health when compared to blood pressure, homocysteine, hematocrit, liver values etc..

Agreed... partially at least.

My BP is good, I take it frequently. I'll see liver values and hematocrit as part of the "Femal Hormone Panel" that I ordered. Unfortuanetely, I don't believe homocysteine is part of this panel and it is a good indicator of clogged arteries/atherosclerosis from what I've read, but to say cholesterol is a very weak indicator of overall health would imply that if my HDLs were in the tank and my LDL's through the roof that wouldn't be anything to be too concerned about.

I had pre-cycle BW done over a month ago and my "overall health" is good. Since I'm now on cycle and I've never had BW done on cycle I want to see the effects of AAS on the inside of my body.... My primary interest is to make sure my AI dose is doing what it's supposed to and that my cholesterol and liver values look fine. Obivously hoping not to see any other red flags in the process.

This depends on metabolism and what may or may not eat. Trust me if you'd ever seen the serum of someone who comes in for their draws after eating 2. Plates of sausage and bacon at a buffet you would say it varies more than 2% gross lipidemia is a very apt description lol.
