I was wondering what this muscle on the bicep is named?

When you flex your bicep on the center of the inside there is a muscle that sticks out and it appears to be under the bicep? :hmmm:

My right one sticks out quite a bit and my left one doesn't... Wondering if this is just the shape of my muscle or is their actually a different muscle that I need ot work out?

The left one sticks out further on the outside of the arm and the right one on the inside... HMM.... Any help would be appreciated for this stupid question but please, don't be mean :nail:

brachailis??? think this is the muscle your on about and you can hit it with the hammer curls. Thats my understanding of it anyway, unless somebody corrects me.

Indeed it is
Brachialis

Thank you!!! :D

It's one of the three forearm muscles, the others being the flexors (underside) and extensors (top side).
It has nothing to do with the forearm other than cause flexion at the elbow joint. The muscle belly is at the bottom half of the humerus, not in the forearm. The flexors and extensors are muscle groups, certainly not just one muscle each.

I'm guessing your right handed, so it will be kind of tuff to even out both arms? And the muscle your referring too, is the Brachialis.
