I quit smoking last friday and I'm having major problems with my focus. Not only did my whole schedule get altered, but I feel like I have ADD now. I'm less focused and less alert. Anything I can do to combat this?

Haha i know about addiction, this isnt my first barbequeu. My moms an alcoholic but she's been sober for more then a few years. And i can tell you, she didnt take pescription drugs or chew gum to get better.
Try smoking for 13 years and come back to me and tell me how "will power" was all you needed.It will always be a work in progress. Just consider it a challenge. think of how proud of yourself you'll be if you overcome it.
