Cable one arm reverse pushdowns 5 sets
Cable bar pushdowns 5 sets
Cable high angled curls 4 sets
Bb preacher curls 4 sets
Close grip bench 4 sets
Bb skull crushers 4 sets
HS seated preacher curls 4 sets
Cardio 30 mins stairmaster

Another strong workout, thats 3 days in a row. Having carbs at lunch and right before workouts has changed everything for me. Tomorrow will likely be a low day if I can stay away from carbs. Carbs are like crack, once you start you can't stop!

Weight this morning was 189.6lbs. So I haven't gained any since upping carbs.

Incline situps super set with crunches 2 sets

Bicep curls 1 set 50 reps w. 10lb dbs (feeder workout)
Cardio 30 mins stairmaster

Felt good, got a really good pump and arms were very vascular during the workout. Had all 120g of carbs in the day before the workout. Ever since I raised carbs I have been having killer workouts and getting that great pump. Will weigh tomorrow morning.

Pinned the good ol' delts this morning, I can literally pin my delts daily without a problem.

189.2lbs this morning, didn't workout yeaterday, had a bbq, didn't track macros.

My left pec is swollen from the injection yest, it was 1cc sust and 1cc winny.

Lateral side raises 2 sets
Shrugs 2 sets
Rear delt flies 2 sets
Lat pulldowns 2 sets

Incline bench press 2 sets
Cable crossovers 2 sets
Leg press 2 sets

Cardio:

15 mins treadmill medium intensity
15 mins stairmaster high intensity

Kept all sets at 20-30 reps each. It's really the first time I do something like this. I kept weight at a decent number, I used either what I usually start with for the workouts or a little less for the first set and then my usual weight for the second set. I did forget and skip tri's and abs, didn't realize till I was way into cardio.
 
Macros will be P: 250g, C: 70g, F: 40g at 1640 calories for the next couple of days.

I have some EP SUS250 i ordered back when they had a special in November 2013, probably gonna start up in July, I've been cruising on 200mg of EP CYP 1x weekly since then and have felt great.

How are you dosing the SUS250? How are you liking it?
 
I'm dosing it at 750-1000mgs a week, eod injections. It has a bite to it but it seems very potent considering the results that I have gotten using it. Will get bloods soon in probably a week, I should have gotten bw sooner but I've been real busy.

Upper Body- Depletion

Barbell military press 2 sets
Cable lateral side raises 2 sets
HS rows 2 sets
Lat pulldowns 2 sets
Hyper extensions 2 sets
HS incline chest press 2 sets
Machine pec flies 2 sets
HS preacher curls 2 sets
Seated db curls 2 sets
Reverse grip one arm pushdowns 2 sets

Ab crunch machine 2 sets

Intensity was high! I was and still am pumped like crazy, I decided to focus these depletion's on upper and lower these next two days. I was sweating like a hog. Didn't have time for cardio and was pretty beat. I tried to do different things then yesterday and for the most part I did with exception of a couple workouts. I kept reps at 26-30. I was soo pumped afterwards I should have took pics LOL. Mind you I am on 35g of carbs for the day and won't get anymore except a few from my bedtime shake.

I decided to buy some jack3d yesterday, I haven't used a preworkout in 6 months at least and have never tried jack3d before. I felt it gave me a decent amount of energy considering on low carbs I am usually beat to death. Will see what the scale says in the morning. The next few days will be low carb leading up to a carb load.

Cool would love to see the results does your testing company show the exact total test number or is it like lab corp and just say 1500+ as the max?

Also how do you pin your pecs man? I am strictly left glute right glute left quad right quad. Maybe a delt here and there but thats rare.
 
191.4lbs this morning, up 2lbs. Had very little carbs, but my last meal was close to the end of the day with 12oz of tilapia then a shake before bed. Maybe the fish is still swimming in my stomach this morning...

Test I am getting should show real number total. I'm using quest this time, bitch at labcorp stabbed the fuck out of me last time and I had a bruise for two weeks on my forearm.

I go 1.5" above nipple and half inch inwards toward sternum for pecs. My quads have been shit, ever since I dropped weight a 1inch pin will make my quad twitch and pip hard. I use 1inch on pecs, delts, traps, lats just fine. I don't pin lats often since its hard to reach, never tried glutes for the same reason. I just tried bi's this morning with a half inch pin.

I like pinning upper body because if I have a rough injection it won't affect mobility. With quads, one fuck up and I'll be limping for a week.

Felt like shit today, was nauseous for some reason. I have been battling some heart burn/acid reflux for the past two weeks. At first I thought it was the bitiron I had briefly started so I stopped it and I'm still having issues. It also feels like I constantly need to burp, it goes away when I eat carbs I noticed. I never felt nausea before so thats a first. Post workout I ended up having some carbs to calm my stomach down even though it was supposed to be low carbs today.

Todays workout:

Lower body depletion

Leg press 2 sets
Leg curls 2 sets
Leg extensions 2 sets
HS leg curls 2 sets
Calf machine 2 sets
Calf raises 2 sets
One leg press 2 sets
Cardio 15 min elliptical

Heart burn kicked in bad during the cardio. I kept all sets up to 26 to 30 reps. It may not seem like alot of workouts for depletion but this was all done with no breaks except for when the wife got her set in. Legs were pumped.

188lbs this morning. Took some practice pics last night, man do I suck at posing lmfao. We decided my wife's iPhone was the best poptart to use for the photos, my outdated digital potato blurs lines and has terrible pixels.

Pinned the last of the winny. Mast is done too. Basically cycle is over, I'll just be pinning the test over the next week or 2 depending on how muxh I decide to pin.

Didn't get far in yesterday's depletion workout, wife hurt her foot. Spent the rest of the night in the ER. No breaks thank god, just some bad swelling and bruising

Weighed in at 188.2lbs this morning. Dropping water intake these next few days. Final pics coming Saturday morning.

Ok final pics....I took the best selfies I can take, bare with me it was really hard to get a back shot and the lighting was very difficult to get right. I had to battle sunlight, shitty bulbs, and shadows.

Final weight today is 187.6lbs.

I feel my weak parts are my lower midsection, lats, and quads. Delts and chest also need some beefing up. My arms are my obvious strong point and they overshadow some of my upper body. My vascularity is on a level I have not seen before, even though it's probably not noticeable in these pics.

Shoutout to all the motivators in this thread, especially lift-on, heavylifting, and otg85. The motivation is very beneficial. This is the first time I followed a strict diet and cardio routine, and it made the world of difference.

Special shoutout to UncleZ for the gear. This was basically my first cycle and I'll be pinning away for quite some time in the future.

Now to the shitty, glamorous cell pics. (Pics were for the AMA transformation contest, so excuse the AMA sign. I used UnlceZ EP gear not AMA gear for this run.)

Felt good got a good pump. Hit some heavy weight. Glad to be back in the gym.
