You know what would really be a big improvement, mirrors.
That would be nice, it's also a must to make sure your using proper form.

i also have a machine that has bench, military, dip station and lat-pulldown on it but i dont use it and i also have a treadmill....the last wk i spent setting up that home gym i had to move my rack and shit outta the backroom cuz it was always freezing back their and the equipment was freezing

thanks babe for the great idea maybe i could put 3-4 wall mirrors in their...thanks

I don't know if you'll like this one but at my old gym right above the mirrors they had a collection of all the Olympians posted.
It was a good way to motivate myself even more seeing to guys/girls doing a similar lift.

So the rack is Olympic but the bench is not? The leg extension attachment will prove worthless. It's a better set-up then some have, that is for sure. Why not just train at the gym where they have everything you need? How does a 15 yr old get a whole room in his house for a home gym?

You have a very nice gym, alittle crowded, just like mine. Everything close together makes for smooth transitions from one exercise to the other. Yes, mirrors and another weight tree would be nice...and if that's what you want, I suppose you'll get around to having that too! It's just nice to know there are other people, such as yourself, who creates that little spot and the drive to use it! You are the type of individual who goes through life giving off postive energy...you should be very very proud of the direction you have taken.

Dang, Kenwood, you have a real nice setup there. I would have loved to have that when I was your age. It's good to see you're serious about lifting, and your numbers are going up nicely. Good work :thumb:. Is that a squat rack/cage or a Smith machine or both?

squat rack/cage has dips station, bench,squat,chin-up bar,lat pulldown, and a low cable thing and it also has the saftey things ;)

Everything looks decent except for the shitty peice of shit bench with the cheap leg extension peice. :thumb:
