Hello everyone, well I'm new to the forum thing so here goes. I just finished completing the P90X workout program and got great results. I learned that results are at least 80% diet. I was able to lose about 25lbs. of body fat and still maintain muscle. I am now ready to begin a bulking phase and all my friends pointed to Ironmaglabs to get off and running. I have been working out off and on most of my life, but I'm now more serious than ever about achieving my goals of size more size and lean mass. I look forward to the journey ahead and any help I find along the way. Thank you
