Alright, i have lifted for a while and have been the good little boy and took my protein and daily vitamin, maybe some creatin now and then........Lets do this! I am ready for some help, from the PH side of things. I have read some many different reviews and every site has something different as being the best. Give me an unbiased opinion on the PH that works. Also tell what i will need to take to prevent the dreaded gyno and liver failure, thats a little dramatic but sounded good. I cant use any real gear due to my career choice, but i ain't scared of the PH's. I would like to cut a little too, but dont think i can do both at the same time. Lets here from the experts, tell an unexperienced lifter what to do. Oh yea, i have used methly1-d, but when it showed up on the shelfs at GNC i lost confidence.
