caesar romaine from READYPAC(click link), are these kinds okay to eat on a KETO diet?? it says NO PRESERVATIVES but how come theres 2g of sugar? yay or nay?

It says 2 Grams of sugar because its lettuce. What do you think its made of?

2 grams is nothing. I'm not a fan of Bagged and sealed veggies. Why not by loose romaine? Any ways, eat it up.
