I have a question. I know and have read some posts about Greentea being really good for you, especiallly when working out. WHat does it do for you exactly.? I buy the real greentea "badia" brand and add raw honey to give it taste. I usually drink a cup of that in the morning and a cup towardsthe end of the day.. does it help yourmuscles? breakdoen fat? etc... alsoooo
I use Chinese Stress Balls to just keep me busy while at work and when im stressed (i also hit the weight when stressed)
and i read that there are acupunctures in your palm and the use of these balls will stimulate them and relax your mind, relax your muscles, incresed memory, stimulates blood circulation , sleep better, etc... stimulates blood circulation , does that mean taht the blood flow going through your muscles while working out be thinner? kind of like liver tablets? and since we are on te liver tablets, is that good to take?> whats the main reason behind taking them and results?

green tea kicks ass

look for "Lung Ching" or "Dragon Well"; these are the ones you want

There's an old chinese 'fat loss' formula that uses: hawthorn, orange skin, and dragonwell green tea. Its 2:2:1 hawthorn:green tea:orange skin.
I'm not sure about all the rest of the stuff it claims to "cure" but it sure as hell gives you alot of energy. Think of it as a natural fat burner with great anti oxidant side effects among other things.

50g tea per 2L, more tea if its low grade. Hawthorn and Orange skin in boiling water, tea in when the mixture is cool (not hot). Let it sit overnight, and drink in the morning ... but in moderation, unless you feel like pissing every 15 minutes.

You are best to pick up the tea in bulk in China town if you have one where you live. The net stuff is waaaaaaay overpriced.

^ is this healthy if used on a regular basis?

I'm not aware of any side effects of drinking large amounts of green tea on a regular basis. Mind you, the longest stretch I went with large doses (around 50g of dry tea extracted per day) was about a month. Aside from pissing alot, I didn't have any problems. I did have to compensate with drinking insane amounts of water, but that's about all that I noticed.

The orange skin formula, however is recommended in 200cc doses (1 cup) and after a meal. It is also alot more concentrated (calls for 10g green tea/cup). If anyone is interested tho, I can scan the original formula and post it. (It's from the government green tea outlet in Han Jiao, China)

The reason I use 50g/ 2L is because I drink 6L+ water a day so 2L of this stuff is manageable (due to the pissing factor :D ) and more than 50g of tea and 50g orange skin/day gets rather pricey. Not to mention any more than 2L of this stuff a day, and I can't sleep at night!
