ok i am at the gym today when a bunch of extremely scrawny young guys come they all are doing the exact same routine like some on told them to do this. is there any work out that any one of you has heard of that would tell you to do lifts incorrectly with bad form, train all parts of your body and take little to no rest breaks? like they would go from back to legs to arms to chest to shoulders very strange, and rather funny. it was like a train reck couldnt quit watching would have offerd some tips but they were a little rude bunch of teens
