Ok I know this, we'r all different and what maybe an optimal way to train for one person isnt going to be the best way for everyone.

In regard to training for strength and size..

I would like to ask about the things that actualy make us different.

Would anyone that knows in depth, be so kind as to list the things that actually make us different and therfore respond better to one form of training as opposed to another?

This would be some very valuable information to me.

Many thx!

Yeah, what WB said. No two people are the same in terms of lifestyle and the unique stressors that come with that, or their actual DNA profile.

Any way you can think of people being different will affect their ability to do anything.

fuck that is a loaded questio....lol.

read an exercise physiology textbook and get back to us in a few months.

Length of individual levers, hormonal profile, external stressors, and basically everything in your body because we all have unique DNA.

this thread just got me thinking, if two twins were to start working out at the same time, with the exact same routine and diet, and just image there lifestyle was the same, (what i mean is one doesnt do more physical activities such as a sport). then would there bodys look pretty much the same, or would they be different because even there DNA is unique.

just because they are twins, doesn't mean they have the same profile.

Same......but different

I think evolution or adaption, however you want to phrase it, is the reason.
