recipes with soyabean curd ( tofu)

Hi ya all!

Does anyone cook with tofu here? I love the stuff, and use silken tofu interchangeably with cottage cheese, which I don't adore I must say... it has less protein but I figure, soya's still good for me...

I like to add silken tofu to my steam fish (cooked with soysauce, scallion, onions and olive oil). Or to some soups. Hmmmm, I am hungry
