Recommend a good pre-workout. Seem to build tolerance really fast with these things.

Hey everyone, Anyone here recommend a good pre-workout? This is what happens to me. I will get a new product to try out. I will do the maximum amount of scoops first time I do it. For example last week picked up Nano Vapor and did 3 scoops. I was full of energy and focus. I didn't come down till about 4 hours later. Well then I did it again the next day and felt a little bit like the first time, but not as much. Then now when I take it I feel focused but that speedy wired feeling is not even close to how I felt the first time. Your thoughts?

Sounds like you need a stim break brother.

I snort prohormones

I see. Anyway don't you like looking at womens asses in the gym and imagining them rubbing their pussies for you on an incline bench machine?

Well Nano Vapor sucks so....try coffee? Lol

Have you checked to see what in the prework out your taking. more that likely your just drinking a really expensive energy drink with beta alanine and extracts added. And that diminished effect is more than likely just a placebo feeling if is goes away in 3 days.

I picked up all the ingredients separate and make my own for nothing. I spend 100 dollars(probably less i dont know i did not buy all of them at once) and I can make preworkouts and post work out drinks for over a year... i get caffeine, beta alanine, creatine, bcaa's, Glutamine and gatorade powder....

12 dollars I can get 500 servings of close to 200mgs-

Then how come when I drink sugar free red bull, I can drink 3 or 4 of those things and not feel wired for hours afterwards? But when I first pick up a new pre-workout, I have to go out afterwards and come down drinking ice water?

You are supposed to start out with one scoop and work up to 3 scoops. Not start out with 3 scoops then go on IMF complaining about your preworkout tolerance. Negged again.

because that "weird" feeling that you get from your pre work out is from the beta alanine... which your red bull does not have. and BTW drinking red bull like that is a good way to have a heart attack. And if you build a tolerance to something after just one dose I can almost guarantee that what ever feeling you think you built a tolerance to is in your head.

Most people buy a product and are so excited about it that they immediately are happy with it and its supposed results... its not until the novelty and newness wears off that they really start assessing the efficacy of the product. and in your case you don't get what you think you want. Bottom line with prework outs is they are not miracles you are not going to start having mind blowing work outs because your drinking energy before hand... If you want to take onethat fine but i thinkk people expect to much out of there supplements and steroids for that matter.... It still takes a ton of work, time and you still have to have a diet that is in check. It takes years of gears, lifting and dieting to get where the big boys are and there are no short cuts.

The base ingredient of most pre-workout drinks is caffeine so save your money and drink coffee prior to going to the gym. Or, for a nice sugar rush take a tablespoon of honey. Stop giving all your money away to bullshit supplement companies.

MR. Hyde will do it for ya, thats some strong stufffffffffff. I love it,
