I've been using redline for two weeks now, and I don't know about the fat effects yet, but I only feel like I get the energies and not the other stuff. I live in AZ and here we are most of the time around 100 C, not to mention I sweat more than anyone I know naturally. I sweat 24/7 in the restroom I come out as if I had taken a shower, in air conditioning rooms I still sweat enough to wet hard my sleeves pit, I even made a sweat puddle doing 45 min. on the stationary bike in the gym (which is freezing).
So I really can't tell if it makes me sweat more or does anything else. That is why I started combining it with one or the other of green tea and ephedrine hcl. But aside from the energies (not blast to the walls thought) it is pretty much the same. Here's my schedule M, W, F 2.5cc of redline & green tea at 2 pm after college for hiit , then 2 hours late E 25mg/ half serving coffee 30 min. before weights. On T, Th 5cc of redline with either green tea or 12.5 of E 30 min. before 45 min. cycling, then 8 hours later E 25mg/ C 200mg/ A 300mg 30min. before jump rope for 25min.
Should I up the dosage in either or both the servings, add more servings, or put something extra like l-tyrosine/ yomihe (only on EC) , b vitamins ?
I only ask this because my low cal diet & exercise plan in my idea for weight loss is good but I just don't seem to be getting as much energies as thought of needing.
Also If it helps this is the first time taking E and something as supposedly strong as red line.
