I am going to start the Keto diet on Monday and I am looking for a protein powder to supplement with to add protein to the diet, any suggestions?

Of course, low carbs. Or is this not a good idea?
I currently have been using MRP's and have not bought protein for a while.

I have been reading a lot of the posts on the diet and what to eat and appreciate all the help.

I have found Isopure to be helpful for me... it has 0 carbs with 200 calories and 50 grams of protein per serving... but it is a tad on the expensive side.. I have also tried Optimum Nutrition whey protein and its good and inexpen sive, but has carbs as well as fat... hope I helped :)

Try not to have carbs down to low on you diet if you trying to gain mucsle and lose fat cuz your body will hang on to the fat it does get and won't let go because you have'nt got enough energy to move! so eat a good amount of carbs.

actually it depends on what diet you are on... for some carbs are extremely low on the list ;)

I take Isopure after intense workouts. Myoplex delux later in the day.

Not sure what you are trying to do if you want to go into keto. I just carb depleted and am now loadinding up for some photos. My diet for a week was plain chicken breast, Isopure no carbs, and safflower oil every two hours. All though I am very ripped BF guessed at around 4% will actually take it today. My attuitude was terrible. This works but be careful.
