I'm on a 15 week cycle of Tren A, Test E, Winny, and EQ. Basically I've been cutting for almost 8 weeks now and I've lost a lot of bodyfat. Right now I'm around 215 at 9% bf. I'm kind of changing my mind in the middle of the cycle because I decided theres some areas like my chest and shoulders that I want to add more mass to and building muscle while cutting was way too slow. I figure on a recomp I can add a little more lean mass while slowin down fat burning a bit. This is my diet now
High Carb Days: Leg day, once per week
Protein: 350 grams
Carbs: 350
Fat: 45 grams
Calories: 3205
Moderate Carb Days: Shoulders, biceps and triceps, chest, back, four days per week
Protein: 350 grams
Carbs: 250 grams
Fat: 45 grams
Calories: 2825
Low carb days: Off days, twice per week
Protein: 300 grams
Carbs: 150 grams
Fat: 60 grams
Calories: 2340
Based on this diet how much more food should I add for it to be considered a recomp? I usually do 4 fasted cardio sessions a week. Should I lower that too?
