What the longest you should expect to take to fully recover from exercise?
I trained 2 weeks ago today.. I do unorthodox posture exercise to address a genetic abnormality. I basically take a bar.. 15lbs.. hold it horitzontal to my chest ( like i'm going to overhead press it) get my shoulders back and down, squeeze my glutes and erect my body the way its genetically designed to stand. Its 2 weeks and i'm still sore. Any ideas?
