I grew up a fan of both teams. The Sox are local (I live in Connecticut). The Rams, well...when I was a kid, my father used to bet on them and thus cheer for them. As dad goes, so goes junior.

Interesting article. I live in San Diego, so I had the pleasure of watching him play for a bit. He is the real deal. My days at Petco just got a bit more boring. I knew he was gonna get traded, though.

Cool. I did not know you lived in Connecticut. I grew up there on and off. I lived in New London, Groton, and Willamantic. I also lived in Plainsfield. Yeah, I know it's a lot of locations.

Were the Rams still in LA when you were a kid though?
