Refeed and cardio

what are your goals ?
 
Running is the best exercises because it helps you burn the calories.
Just in 30 minutes a person can easily burn 300 calories.
Walking, Sprinting and adding hills or an incline can burn 180 calories in 30 minutes.
 
Ya i try to do 45min to a hour a day just read somewhere cardio on refeed days were counter productive. BTW let me know what u think of my refeed day.

morning 2 bagels and oatmeal

Lunch Pasta and chicken with maranara no cheese and another salad bar type pasta small cup worth

Snack 1: White rice and another bagel

Snack 2 Protein shake
Dinner Then prob just eat regualar chicken and vegetables
