Regarding form. Is it ok to rock if you lift heavy?

So I want your opinions. Is it ok to rock a little bit when lifting heavy? Or is it better to stand still like a statue? I do my best not to rock at all.
 
Both has its place though I try to keep my form strict for the most part. "Cheating" invites injury if done sloppy. Some muscle groups, at least for me, have to be pushed beyond failure. A cheat set or two at the end of a workout I feel helps me achieve that if I do not have a spotter for negatives or something similar.
 
It is not ok to rock when you drink
