When it comes to Gains, are there any benefits buying Organic over regular Dairy Products such as Milk and Eggs?

For example take a man who eats regular white eggs and whole milk instead of Egglands Best Organic Brown eggs and Horizon Farms Organic Whole Milk. Does he still get the same nutrients from the regular dairy compared to the organic?

There are new peer reviewed and non that are suggesting organic milk has more particular nutrients than non organic such as omega 3's where non organic has damaged omega 6's but there are no studies suggesting that one is more beneficial over the other and I could not find one that was convincing either, there are to many conflicts of interest from all different angles. For me if its coming from a healthier animal its typically going to be passed on and that is without hormones or antibiotics.

For eggs it seems to be a whole different thing. The concern there is for disease and other bacteria issues. But there is a study from 2007 I believe that linked organic eggs with higher cholesterol and there are only trace amounts of residues from hormones and antibiotics in eggs which remain in the very safe levels but again still there as with regular dairy. Eggs where the birds are allowed in pasture are also found to have more environmental toxins than non. So basically my personal thought is that I prefer organic across the board. I just do not eat raw eggs I would prefer not to have extra hormones or antibiotics in my food that gets passed down to me whether its trace or not.
