I don't know about this one...the guy technicaly could be arrested for misdemeanor assault for just grabbing him by the collar, but he did walk away and was attempting to enter into what I'm assuming is his house/property. The news reporter followed behind "he held the door for him," but he really didn't. The reporter grabbed the door and attempted to walk in behind him.

They were both wrong.

Either way, nice punch for a senior.

He was holding it by the handle to close it behind him and the reporter yanked it open. The punch wasn't that great he tripped over the bricks while backing away...
