I thought I would throw this one open to the collective mental might of the forum - see what you think?
I have a rest week in my training programme. It tends to be at week 10. Now I usually do 2 full body workouts a week on Mondays and Fridays (with a couple of runs for cardio on other days). My last work out was Friday.
Now I may be being thick here - but should I go back to the weights on Monday or this friday. It seems to me that Friday will mean I have had a full week off BUT I will have only missed one training session by then - your thoughts please? Ta all!
