How many days until you start to atrophy and how much do you loose at a time

Varies from individual to individual, everyone's metabolism is unique. Do a net search on muscle atrophy, but people on hospital bed rest begin to atrophy after 48 hours!!! Scary

if you dont rest.. then you don't have to worry about it...

Don't stress about the atrophy thing, Most people have to worry more about over training than atrophy
