It's safe. However, I wouldn't waste your money...creatine monohydrate by itself is all you will need to saturate muscle storesm, and get the benefit you are looking for. If that's what your using it for.

Personally I'd look into Citrulline Malate, Beta-Alanine, and Cordygen5 if you want to enhance endurance. Ribose has a big role endogenously but I hardly hear of success with it when used orally via supplements.
