My right bicep, tricep, and forearm are all noticably bigger than my left arm. I have been using dumbells at the end of my work out and bring my left arm to faliure. What else can I do.
this is very typical of a newbie, assuming that you're right handed,
eventually they will even out, however no one is perfectly symmetrical, my right side is around 1/4" bigger, arms, legs, etc.
I 've been training for aobut a year and a half. I just started to notice it a couple of months ago. If I do more sets and reps with my left will it catch up? If so, how long?
I wouldn;t do more sets/reps with your left arm. That may lead to a different kind of muscle imbalance. If I were you I would stick to movements that use both biceps at the same time (like barbell curls etc.). I believe the term is "the cross over effect". It is the bodies need/want to stay symetrical and balanced. They will eventually even out in the long hall. But like Prince said nobody is completely symetrical.
