heart rate was 150 the entire workout.....no cardio either
 
I think a 150 HR is good for training
 
when running I never let it go over 180
 
thought I was going to die....too old for that
 
200s pretty high... when I'm in really good shape I like to peak it just over 200 and then drop it back down, but I'm not a huge fan of keeping it up there.

180s feels good, 190s is a bit painful... 200 kicks ya in the balls.
 
Pretty much probably... I'd think you could still hit 180s. I wouldnt push it much above that though unless its quite regular.
 
at 19 I would go up to 195 HR all the time

Im 38 so 200 is probably dangerous.....pluss Im not in great cardio shape right now
 
I wish it wasn't 115 degrees out here
 
I love to run outside but it would kill me here
 
5 AM it is only 80 so you could run then
